The program supports Bahraini graduates and job seekers with less than 24 months of experience by offering wage support for up to three years, catering to sectors like doctors, actuaries, and engineers, and promoting productivity and success.
Must hold an active CR/license. No violations from Tamkeen or LMRA.
Supports flexible and part-time employees.
Minimum wages:
BHD 350 for high school graduates.
BHD 430 for diploma holders.
BHD 500 for bachelor's degree holders and above.
The program does not apply to licensed engineers by CRPEP
